Play Rules

  • A waiver signed by the minor’s parent or legal guardian, is required for each participant before entering play area.

  • Our play areas are strictly designed for children 0-5.

  • No drops-off allowed.

  • No shoes are allowed inside the facility. Grip Socks are required for EVERYONE inside the play area.

  • No sharp objects allowed in the play area.

  • No roughhousing.

  • Respect others around you.

  • 1st Warning – if anyone from staff sees children playing in a way that is dangerous, we will calmly and positively redirect their actions and locate the parent/guardian to ask them to help us redirect the child’s behavior. After two attempts to redirect the behavior of the child that might cause harm to him/herself or to other children, we will

  • determine that the child is just possibly having a rough day and will be asked to leave and to maybe try again tomorrow. The entrance fee is non-refundable.

  • Sick Child Policy. Please refrain from bringing in a child with any type of contagious illness. This is a children’s indoor playground and we aim to keep our environment as healthy as possible. Temperatures will be checked at door. Please see our sick policy hanging in café and included on Website.

  • We are not responsible if your child leaves the premises.

  • We require all parents to monitor their own CHILD(REN) at ALL times. Happy Times Play Cafe is NOT responsible for any child insult or injury complaints and claims by others.

  • Adults are responsible for monitoring their café beverages.

  • No food or beverages are allowed in play areas. Please keep are beverage at your table .
