Party FAQs

1) Can I change my package choice as the party gets closer?

YES! Up to 48 hours before your event. At this time you can make any changes you like! You can also choose more from our add-on Menu!

2) Do you have high-chairs for use?

Yes! We have six high-chairs for you & your guests to utilize. We also have 4 mini infant play pens.

3) Can we bring our own food & dessert?

No! However, there is one exception! We offer cupcakes with all our party packages. You may choose the cupcakes or bring your own cake. NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED.

4) Can we bring alcohol?

NO. WE ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TIME.

5) CAN WE BRING OUR OWN DECORATIONS OR HIRE DECORATOR?

No! We are all inclusive! You can order from our Basic Package with no additional options or our Party Plus and customize your event.

6) When do I pay my balance?

To hold your date, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit. Your final balance is due one week prior to the day of your party.

We accept cash or credit cards. We do NOT accept personal checks. You may tip (optional) in cash or on a credit card.

7) When can I arrive?

You can arrive 15 minutes before your party begins.

8) Will I have to worry about other parties or customers in the facility during my event?

Nope! ALL our parties INCLUDE a totally private rental of our entire facility for 2 hours.

9) Will my guests be required to wear socks?

The play area is GRIP SOCKS ONLY for the whole family. No

shoes, no bare feet! If you forget your socks, don’t worry!  We

have socks to purchase and keep for adults and children for $3

per pair.

10) Will the coffee/ espresso bar be open during my party?

YES! Every party is staffed with a trained barista and our entire cafe

menu will be available to order. There are 3 choices to structure this

(please let your host know which you prefer):

  • a) You can purchase unlimited coffee & tea ($35) - specialty drinks are not included in this

  • b) You can have guests pay for their own order if they would like a drink (most common)

  • c) You can add guests’ orders to your party tab

11) We have NO stroller parking inside or outside the facility.

Please leave strollers/car seats in the car or at home.

12) Please note, all party packages come with a party assistant who will set up, attend to party participants during event and clean up.

13) Can I reschedule?

You can reschedule up to two weeks before your event with no additional fee. The new date will be dependent on our current availability. A new date will need to chosen within 6 months of your original booking.

14) Can I cancel?

Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before your event with only the loss of your deposit. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will need to be rescheduled as they are nonrefundable.
